Merrick Kerr
Merrick Kerr has been Chief Financial Officer of Rentech since May 2006.
He previously served as CFO of PPM Energy, Inc. (PPM), the Portland, Oregon based non-utility subsidiary of ScottishPower plc, totaling more than 17 years in accounting, finance, strategic planning and management.
Merrick holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and economics from the University of Edinburgh and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program in 2003.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
