Theo Lee
Dr. Theo Lee is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Headwaters CTL, LLC.
Before joining the Headwaters Corporation of Utah, USA in 2001, Theo Lee was Senior Vice President of Hydrocarbon Technologies, Inc. (1995-2001), Research Associate of HRI, Inc.(1992-19940, Technology Manager of Alberta Research Council (1980-1991) and Research Associate of New Brunswick Electric Power Commission (1977-1980).
Theo Lee graduated in chemical engineering at Tunghai University of Taiwan in 1973 and completed his doctoral study also in chemical engineering at the University of New Brunswick, Canada in 1977. He has been engaged in oil sand bitumen upgrading and direct coal liquefaction technology development since 1980.
